Cameroon OIC-Kumbo is a community-based, self-help initiative in sustainable and self-reliant development. It is a collaborative effort between OIC International (OICI) based in the United States, concerned individuals in the United States and around the world, and the grass root community leaders in Kumbo.

The primary purpose of OIC-Kumbo is to establish and institutionalize comprehensive training, programmed for unemployed Cameroonians so as to provide them with marketable, vocational, business and agricultural skills needed for self-employment and increased productivity.
